These terms apply when you use the DeeNova website or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira. We work hard to keep product information and prices accurate; if we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing it, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we have verified your payment with our payment provider. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount you paid.

Preorders and imported items

Preorder and import delivery dates are estimates. Supplier production, inspection, international freight and customs clearance can change them. Where a deposit is taken, the balance is due before delivery.

Sourcing and wholesale quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Supplier prices and exchange rates change, so an expired quotation may need to be re-priced.

Delivery

Delivery options and timings are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website — for example by attempting to access other people's accounts or orders, interfering with its operation, or submitting false orders or requests.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
