Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Browse the store, add items to your cart and check out. You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment partner. If you prefer, you can also message us on WhatsApp and our team will help you place the order.

Question 2

Can I order something that is not in the store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the "Request a product" form to send us a link, photo or description. We will find it from our suppliers and send you a quotation before you pay anything.

Question 3

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see all your orders and preorders in one place, save addresses and keep a wishlist.

Question 4

How do preorders work?

Accepted Answer

You pay for the item up front (or a deposit where shown), then we buy it from the supplier, inspect it, ship it and clear it through customs. Every stage appears in your account, and we email you as your order moves.

Question 5

Are preorder delivery dates guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

They are estimates. Supplier production, inspection, freight schedules and customs clearance can move the date. We keep you updated if anything changes.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

For imported orders, sea freight takes about 65 days, air freight 2–3 weeks and express 4–5 business days, depending on the product and shipping method. Items already in stock in Nigeria ship much sooner.

Question 7

Will you deliver the goods to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can choose park pickup or doorstep delivery. We confirm the delivery fee for your location before your order is dispatched.

Question 8

Who pays for customs clearance?

Accepted Answer

Customs clearance fees for imported orders are confirmed with you before shipping, so there are no surprises when your goods arrive.

Question 9

Is it safe to pay on DeeNova?

Accepted Answer

Card and bank payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card details, and we confirm every payment with the provider before an order moves forward.

Question 10

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards, bank transfer and USSD through our payment partner. Direct bank transfer may also be available — when it is, you will see the account details at checkout.

Question 11

Can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or not as described. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Start a return from your order page.

Question 12

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days and paid back to your original payment method.

Question 13

Which countries do you source from?

Accepted Answer

Mainly China. We also handle requests from Turkey and the United States — mention it in your request and we will confirm what is possible.

Question 14

Do you inspect products before shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We check quantity and visible quality at the warehouse before your items are packed and shipped.

Question 15

Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a wholesale quote request with the products and quantities you need and we will price your list by volume.
