This policy explains how orders reach you, how long they usually take and how delivery fees are confirmed.

Items in stock in Nigeria

Items we already hold are prepared after your payment is confirmed and dispatched from Akure. We confirm the delivery fee for your location before dispatch.

Imported orders and preorders

Imported items travel from our suppliers abroad, mainly in China. You can choose:

• Sea freight — about 65 days. Lowest cost, best for large, heavy or bulk shipments.
• Air freight — 2–3 weeks. A balance of speed and cost.
• Express — 4–5 business days. Fastest, with premium pricing.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Supplier production, inspection, freight schedules, public holidays and customs clearance can affect them. We update your order at every stage.

Customs clearance

We handle customs clearance for imported orders. Any clearance fees are confirmed with you before your goods are shipped.

Delivery options

• Park pickup — collect your order from a motor park in your city.
• Doorstep delivery — delivered to your address.

Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your order. Where a fee is not shown at checkout, our team confirms it with you before dispatch.

Tracking

Follow your order from your account, or use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.
