• Order details — the items you buy, delivery and billing addresses, order notes and order history.
• Requests you send us — sourcing, wholesale, support and return requests, including any photos you upload.
• Payment references — payment status and transaction references from our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Basic usage information — pages and products viewed, searches made and cart activity, recorded without advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, preorders and requests.
• To confirm payments with our payment provider and prevent fraud.
• To send you messages about your orders and account.
• To send marketing emails, only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it
