How to send a sourcing request that gets a fast, accurate quote

The more precise your request, the quicker we can find the right supplier and price it. Here is what to include.

A sourcing request is how you ask DeeNova to find a product that isn't in our store. A clear request means fewer back-and-forth messages and a quotation you can trust.

1. Share a link or photo

A product link from 1688, Alibaba, Taobao, Amazon or any shop is the fastest way to show exactly what you mean. If you don't have a link, a clear photo works too.

2. Be specific about variants

List the colours, sizes, capacity, voltage or materials you need. "Black, size 42" is easier to source than "any colour".

3. Give a realistic quantity

Many suppliers set minimum order quantities. Telling us how many you need helps us choose a supplier and price that fit.

4. Mention your budget and deadline

A budget helps us recommend suitable options; a deadline helps us suggest the right shipping method.

5. Choose a shipping preference

If you're unsure, choose "advise me" and we'll recommend sea, air or express based on the size of your order and how soon you need it.

What happens next

We review suppliers, confirm the details with you and send one quotation covering the product, shipping and our service fee. You only pay once you approve it.
